We come along and setup the Magic Mirror well before your chosen start time..
You have a great party and enjoy the mirror, once the mirror has closed we would give you a USB with all the images on, also the 2nd copy of all images. We would then descreetly take the mirror back to Mirror Mirror HQ.
Yes of course, we offer a great range of silly props for your guests to use on the night.
Some people prefer not to have the props... This is fine too, the mirror works just as well without the need for daft props.
The mirror is open for 3 hours of running time. If you needed longer we can do this at an additional charge. (Setting up and closing down time are not included in the 3 hours)
We would email you a booking form, this asks for general info about your event and approx timings. Once your booking form is returned with your deposit then your booking is confirmed. We would contact you a coulpe of weeks before the event to confirm details and timings.
We usually ask for £100 deposit to secure the date with the balance due 2 weeks before the event.
We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit card over the phones or bacs.
Usually takes approx 30 mins to setup the mirror. We will always arrive in plenty of timeincase of difficult access, bad trafic or anyother hickup that could happen....
Yep... We can arrange early set up to suit you. However due to the increased hours there would be an additional cost please contact us for a quote.
As many as you want within the hire time... Or as quick as your can strike a pose the mirror!
Yes... We'll give you a USB stick with all the magic mirror action on, either on the night or we'll post it to you a couple of days after the event.
Our mirror takes fantastic photos... All our photos are printed on a commercial dye sublimination printer which dry instantly and will not fade or damage.
As standard we print 6"x4" prints which can have between 1-4 images on... We will discuss your custom layout on booking.
Yes of course... Most venues insist on it! SO make sure your suplier has it!
We are covered for £10m public liability insurance and £10m employers liability insurance
Not a problem, we're happy to email over all H&S paperwork. We have risk assessments, method statememnts and PAT test certificates for all of our electrical equipment.
